This blog is a devotional project to discover what the Bible actually says by offering a unique perspective in resolving some of it's mysteries. This is not an apologetics website. Although I am a Christian, I want to provide this as an objective resource for believers and skeptics alike. Because I am not a credentialed scholar I exercise a certain amount of intentional naiveté, limiting my conclusions to plain reading of the text. When I cite extra-biblical sources, they will be sources easily accessible to the reader such (Wikipedia, Google Maps, Blueletter Bible, etc.). I acknowledge that there is an exchange of accuracy for accessibility, but in making this compromise I hope to provide a direction for further investigation. Civil comments and constructive critiques are welcome.
